Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Miles Supply B.V.
Draft for review. This policy was prepared as part of the Miles site build and has not been reviewed by counsel. Confirm the entity details, retention periods and jurisdiction clauses with your lawyer before launch.
These terms govern your use of milesonlineshop.co and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read section 6 on liability and section 9 on disputes carefully.
1. Who you are contracting with
Miles Supply B.V., Wilhelminakade 173, 3072 AP Rotterdam, Netherlands. KvK 84 129 337. VAT NL863 411 992 B01.
2. Orders and acceptance
Adding an item to the cart is not a reservation. Your order is an offer; a contract forms only when we send the shipping confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if pricing was clearly wrong, or if the order fails fraud screening. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full within five working days.
3. Prices, taxes and duties
- Prices are shown in your selected currency and exclude taxes unless stated.
- For deliveries in the EU, VAT is calculated at checkout at your local rate and included in the total.
- For deliveries outside the EU we ship Delivered Duty Paid to 41 countries; duty and import VAT are collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. The country list is shown at checkout.
- If a price is listed incorrectly due to an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. If a parcel is confirmed delivered but missing, tell us within 14 days and we will open a carrier investigation and replace or refund where the carrier confirms loss.
5. Right of withdrawal, returns and the 60-night trial
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without giving a reason.
Our 60-night trial is a voluntary commercial guarantee that goes beyond that right. You may return any Miles-designed product within 60 nights of delivery for a full refund, and normal signs of travel — scuffs, stickers, airport grime — do not affect your refund. Excluded from the trial: gift cards, and any item that has been modified or damaged beyond normal use.
6. Warranty and liability
Miles-designed products carry a lifetime repair promise on wheels, handles, zips and shell cracks for as long as you own them. Third-party products carry their manufacturer’s warranty, which we help you claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights, missed connections or lost business.
7. Using the site
Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, attempt to break its security, resell our product photography or copy, or use our trade marks without written permission. We may suspend access to accounts that do.
8. Intellectual property
The Miles name, wordmark, product designs, photography and site copy belong to Miles Supply B.V. or our licensors. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution. Everything else needs permission.
9. Governing law and disputes
Dutch law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Otherwise the courts of Rotterdam have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and we keep prior versions on request.
